Our Story
From a Diagnostics Team to a Global Supplier
CTO Plus started as a team of automotive engineers frustrated by one thing: workshops in emerging markets were paying premium prices for tools with mediocre coverage and no local support.
Today our 12,000 m² production base in Shenzhen builds 300++ device models — from flagship diagnostic tablets to ADAS calibration systems and workshop machines — with 50,000 units / year capacity and ISO 9001:2015 processes.
We sell through distributors and directly to workshop chains, and we manufacture under OEM/ODM agreements for brands across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Every unit is tested before it leaves the factory — because our distributors' reputation is ours.
