Dirty injectors cause misfires, high fuel consumption and failed emissions. The CNC-801A restores them: ultrasonic cleaning dissolves deposits while the test section measures flow uniformity, leakage and spray pattern against factory references.
Six injectors are processed simultaneously in graduated tubes, with digital control of pressure, pulse width and frequency. The bench handles standard GDI and PFI injectors found on the mainstream fleet.
