Cabin Temperature Sensor Circuit
The in-car temperature sensor used by automatic climate control is out of range, so the system cannot regulate cabin temperature accurately.

Causas habituales
Ordenadas de más a menos probable: empiece por arriba.
- 1 Failed sensor
- 2 Blocked aspirator tube or grille
- 3 Disconnected hose on aspirated types
- 4 Wiring fault
Cómo diagnosticarlo
Primero lo más barato y menos invasivo: la mayoría de estos códigos no son un problema de piezas.
- ✓ Check the small grille near the steering column or dash for blockage.
- ✓ On aspirated systems, confirm the sampling hose is connected at both ends.
- ✓ Compare the sensor reading with a thermometer next to it.

If the ECU believes the cabin is far from target it commands maximum output. A dead sensor is the usual cause.

You can clean the grille, but do not spray cleaners into the sensor itself.
