European workshops and distributors have specific requirements that shape what equipment is viable: regulatory marking, EOBD coverage depth, multi-language software, and realistic after-sales support. This page sets out how we supply the European market and what buyers should verify with any supplier.

Regulatory and Compliance Requirements

Equipment placed on the European market carries specific obligations, and a supplier should be able to document them without hesitation:

  • CE marking with a declaration of conformity for the relevant directives
  • UKCA marking for supply into Great Britain
  • RoHS compliance for materials
  • WEEE registration for electrical equipment, with a take-back route
  • Radio equipment compliance where the device includes wireless interfaces
  • Documentation in the destination language where required

Coverage Expectations in Europe

European vehicle parc is brand-diverse, with strong representation from German, French, Italian and increasingly Asian manufacturers. Practical coverage expectations include:

  • Deep coverage for VW Group, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Stellantis brands and Renault
  • EOBD compliance and manufacturer-specific extended diagnosis
  • Service resets, coding and, for many brands, online programming
  • ADAS calibration capability — increasingly mandatory after glass and alignment work
  • EV and hybrid high-voltage safe procedures
  • Software and documentation in German, French, Spanish, Italian and English

Logistics and Supply Model

We supply both direct-to-workshop and via national distributors. Typical arrangements include container shipment for distributor volumes, express courier for single units and spares, and a European spares holding to shorten repair turnaround.

Incoterms are quoted case by case — EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all available. European buyers frequently prefer DDP because it removes customs handling from their side entirely.

After-Sales and Technical Support

Equipment is only as good as the support behind it. Our European support model includes remote technical assistance, multi-language documentation, firmware and software update channels, and distributor technician training.

For distributor partners we provide marketing assets, technical training and a defined warranty and RMA process with a stated turnaround target.

What to Verify With Any Supplier

  • Can they produce CE documentation for the specific model?
  • Is local-language software and documentation actually available, or only English?
  • Where are spares held, and what is the realistic repair turnaround?
  • What is included in the warranty, and who pays return freight?
  • Is technical support available in your time zone and language?
