Engine Oil Pressure Too Low
The oil pressure switch or sensor indicates pressure below the safe threshold. This is a stop-the-engine code — running further can destroy bearings.

- ✓ Verify with a mechanical gauge before believing an electrical sensor.
- ✓ Inspect for external leaks and check oil condition for fuel dilution.
- ✓ If pressure is genuinely low, drop the sump and inspect the pickup and bearings.
